noisy ductingunprofessional attitude
the room overlooked some ducting from the kitchen. it was quite noisy. i did request they switch it off eventually. the food i ordered at the bar was wrong and the staff's attitude wasn't very professional when i mentioned it.

the breakfast had a good selection at the onsite restaurant. the underground car park was an added bonus i appreciated. i found the staff friendly and helpful . i was able to park easily and securely.
i noticed no air conditioning was available in the room. this led to an uncomfortably warm night, i think. i also found the towels rather small, and that impacted my comfort. i would have liked to see larger towels provided, or at least have the option for them.
